Refund Policy

All sales are final. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime and remain active through the end of the paid term. No partial refunds.

Skip-trace credits, whether included in your plan or used from your monthly allowance, are non-refundable once your account is provisioned. Because data is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused portions of any subscription period, except where required by law.

To cancel, use Billing > Cancel subscription in the app, or the Stripe customer portal. Your access continues until the current billing period ends and then stops. No further charges occur.

Terms of Service (summary)

• Accounts are single-user. Sessions are bound to the IP address used at sign-in; sharing an account locks it pending review.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when contacting property owners, including TCPA, Do-Not-Call registries, and state wholesaling regulations.
• Property data is provided for your own research and marketing. It may not be resold or redistributed.
• The software is provided as-is. We are not lawyers, CPAs, or financial advisors, and nothing here is legal or financial advice.
• We may suspend accounts involved in abuse, fraud, or unlawful marketing activity.
